The Nevada Department of Transportation has announced updated lane closure schedules for the I-15 South Widening Project. The construction work includes profile grinding, lighting upgrades, and asphalt milling, and will affect nightly traffic on Interstate 15, according to the Nevada Department of Transportation.
Overnight lane closures are scheduled on I-15. From July 13 to July 18, the southbound lanes will be reduced to two lanes from Silverado Ranch Boulevard to St. Rose Parkway between 8:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. From July 20 to July 25, northbound I-15 will be reduced to one lane from Sloan Road to Starr Avenue during the same hours, as reported by the Nevada Department of Transportation. Ongoing construction through July 2025 will keep I-15 reduced to three lanes in both directions, with auxiliary lanes closed between Warm Springs Road and Blue Diamond Road (southbound) and between Silverado Ranch Boulevard and Blue Diamond Road (northbound).
