The Etenesh Zeleke Public Boat Dock is now open for the 2025 boating season in West Sacramento. The dock is available for public use daily from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Overnight parking is not allowed, according to the City of West Sacramento.
Boaters can get a berthing permit for $10 per tie-up cleat, with stays ranging from four to 12 hours. Permits are available through the ParkMobile App. Boat registration and proof of insurance are required. Attendants are on-site daily during the boating season, as reported by the City of West Sacramento.

"We welcome all recreational boaters to enjoy this beautiful riverfront amenity named in honor of community leader Etenesh Zeleke," the city said in a statement.
