Brooklyn nights are predicted to be slightly warmer, with lows around 72 degrees.
Over the weekend, both boroughs brace for a 30 percent chance of showers and potential thunderstorms after 5pm on Saturday. Similarly, conditions in Queens and the Bronx are forecasted to be partly sunny with chances of evening rain.
Meanwhile, Staten Island might expect a slightly higher chance of showers and thunderstorms on Sunday, with a 50 percent chance noted in the forecast. Starting Monday, Staten Island, along with other boroughs, should anticipate sunny weather with high temperatures consistently in the mid-80s leading into the week.
Despite the variance in weather activity, the National Weather Service's Hazardous Weather Outlook for the New York City area does not announce any severe weather that could meet NWS warning criteria. Except for the potential evening showers, "No hazardous weather is expected at this time," assures the Outlook for the period of Saturday through Thursday.
