The Ozaukee County Sheriff's Office recently posted photos on social media documenting a visit with local 4-H members and their farm projects. During the visit, the Kurlinski family hosted deputies at their property, where animals such as steers and goats were presented as part of the 4-H program’s agricultural education activities for youth. "The Kurlinski's were gracious enough to host us to visit with Paige & Addison and Leah & Mason," lauded the Sheriff's Office in their Facebook post.
Paige and Addison, both involved in raising goats, introduced deputies to their animals—Rocky, Lilly, Iris, and Honey Bunchkins—during the visit. Leah is preparing to demonstrate her equestrian skills with Regal, a horse noted for his calm temperament and large build. Mason is set to present his steer, Batman, who is expected to be auctioned in the near future. According to the Ozaukee County Sheriff's Office, Paige will also be demonstrating her work with swine, featuring two pigs named Toto and Dorothy.
The Kurlinski children are engaged in several additional projects that they will showcase at the upcoming Ozaukee County Fair, highlighting the diverse skills they have developed through their involvement in 4-H. In support of these efforts, local law enforcement has extended an invitation to the public to attend the fair, which begins on July 30.
