Philadelphia residents are being called upon to assist in a developing situation. David Biggs, a 70-year-old man, has been reported missing since last Friday. Last spotted leaving his sister's place on South 12th Street, Biggs alerted family of his intended destination--an event at the Pennsylvania Convention Center--yet he never made it to the venue. The Philadelphia Police Department has turned to the public for help after his whereabouts became a mystery post the initial sighting.
The latest confirmed location for Biggs places him near 25th Street and Fairmount Avenue, in the company of a friend. According to a statement obtained by the Philadelphia Police Department, his sister suspects he might have tried returning to his Massachusetts roots. Biggs stands at 5 feet 1 inch and weighs around 138 pounds, with distinguishing brown eyes and black hair. On the day he went missing, he was dressed in a black suit, paired with a white shirt and a black and gold tie.
