Qing Shu Malatang and Hotpot has opened on Sunrise Boulevard, offering a variety of Chinese dishes and customizable hotpot options. The menu includes 12 types of fish, 4 types of beef, rice noodles, and a selection of sodas and teas. Ohgane Korean BBQ has also opened on Zinfandel Drive. Listed in the Michelin Guide, it offers Korean barbecue with various meats, banchan, and instant ramen, as reported by the City of Rancho Cordova.
Rancho Cordova is adding new food options. Las Michoacanas Paleteria on Folsom Boulevard offers handmade Mexican-style paletas, including Paletas de Agua, Paletas de Leche, and Mangonadas. Nearby, El Rancheros Mexican Food serves tamales, quesadillas, ice cream, and churros. A new bagel shop called Pan Bagel is set to open soon on Sunrise Boulevard, offering bagels and pastries made daily with local ingredients. The City of Rancho Cordova encourages residents to visit and support these local businesses.
