Yet again, on that fateful day, he made a choice that resulted in irreversible loss and grief. Haughey's blood alcohol content was nearly twice the state's legal limit, and despite refusing initial field sobriety and breathalyzer tests, subsequent warrant-secured blood results revealed a BAC of 0.142%, as reported by CBS News.
The loss of John Wobrack has left an indelible mark on his family. Christine Kelley, Wobrack's daughter, in a statement obtained by CBS News, expressed her devastation, "This man was everything to me, to my family. They took away my dad."
