According to the Santa Rosa Police Department, Kevin was spotted around 10 PM near the 1600 block of Orchard Street in Santa Rosa. The community is being asked to keep an eye out and to report any possible sightings to the authorities.
Kevin is described as approximately 5'11" and weighing around 180 lbs. At the time of his disappearance, he wore a black hooded sweatshirt and black pants. The urgency in locating the teen is palpable among law enforcement officials and within the community where Kevin lives. Each passing hour deepens the concern for his welfare, and his safe return is paramount.
