As a result of the arrest, Seattle Police Department have requested a range of six felony charges against two of the individuals implicated in the incident. They have been booked into the King County Jail with charges including Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Possessing a Stolen Firearm, No Contact Order Violation, Theft 2, and Sale and Delivery of Synthetic Narcotics.

The third person apprehended was released from the crime scene with a recommendation for drug possession charges. The Narcotics Unit detectives of the Seattle Police Department will continue to handle this unfolding case.
