The community of Sterling Heights experienced a brief period of anxiousness followed by relief as a missing 13-year-old boy named Nolan was found safe. According to a report by WWJ Newsradio, Nolan was last seen around 1 a.m. yesterday in the area near Hall Road and Duffield Ave, east of Van Dyke Ave in Sterling Heights.
In response to his disappearance, the Sterling Heights Police Department quickly disseminated a call for assistance to the local community, hoping for Nolan to be brought back home safely. Released through their official Facebook page, the department described Nolan as being 5'4", weighing 165 lbs, and last seen wearing black shorts, a red shirt, and possibly without shoes.
After enduring hours of uncertainty, the community was informed that Nolan was located safely. Sterling Heights Police Department, on their Facebook post, updated the public with a succinct message, expressing: "UPDATE: MISSING CHILD LOCATED SAFELY."
