The alert came from the 11000 block of 36th Circle Northeast in St Michael, where an adult male and a juvenile were struggling to reach the shore. The deputies then were informed that the group consisted of 8 members in total, including six juveniles, who, after their tubes were tipped, were seen floating downstream. Fortunately, their journey ended with all individuals either rescued or found their way safely back to shore, with no injuries reported in the process.

Multiple agencies were involved in the rescue effort. The Wright County Sheriff’s Office acknowledged assistance from the St Michael Fire Department, Rogers Fire Department, Hanover Fire Department, Dayton Fire Department, Maple Grove Fire Department, Rogers Police Department, Dayton Police Department, Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office, and Allina Ambulance. Their combined efforts ensured that the situation did not turn dire.
