Two men were hospitalized with stab wounds after police in Citrus Heights provided immediate first aid until paramedics arrived. Witnesses gave detailed accounts that helped officers locate the suspects, leading to the arrest of 19-year-old Alejandro Roque Jr. and 18-year-old Moses Leyva in Antelope following a planned vehicle stop, where two concealed firearms were recovered. Roque is charged with felony battery causing serious bodily injury and illegal possession of a concealed firearm. Leyva faces charges of assault with a deadly weapon and carrying a concealed firearm.
