The National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA) has themed this year's celebration "Build Together, Play Together," which capsules the essence of the community's ethos in the City of Upper Arlington. This year's observance is highlighted by the Bob Crane Community Center, a newly opened oasis for recreation that caters to a variety of interests and age groups.
