Music lovers and Monday night regulars, please take note. Vineland City has announced a scheduling switcheroo for the much-anticipated 2025 Giampietro Park Monday Night Concert Series. If you had plans to catch the Bitter Sweet Duo or Tony Mascara take the stage in July, you'll have to wait a little longer. The official Vineland City Facebook page has posted an update pushing these concerts to golden August evenings.
With the sound of crickets as their opening act, Bitter Sweet Duo is rescheduled to grace the Enrico Serra Band Shell on August 4. The following week, as the city simmers down from its summertime high, Tony Mascara will heat things back up with a show on August 11. Both gigs are set to start at 7:00 pm, much to the satisfaction of the early-to-bed crowd.
In keeping with the inclusivity spirit, Vineland officials ensure that concertgoers of all abilities can enjoy the music. Making special arrangements for persons with disabilities is a priority, and they encourage anyone requiring assistance to reach out ahead of time. According to the social media post, "Special arrangements for persons with disabilities can be made if requested in advance by contacting the Business Administrator's office at 856-794-40." It's a move that resonates well with the community's push for accessible events for everyone.
Those looking to shuffle their schedules to accommodate this musical interlude should plan accordingly. Attendance is free, as always, with the city's budget evidently aligning to the tune of free public entertainment.
