The accident occurred on State Route 100 east of State Road 26, when an ATV, heading in the same direction as a car, was involved in a collision, sending both vehicles off the road, per a crash report from the Florida Highway Patrol obtained by First Coast News.
The woman, who was driving the ATV, did not survive, and the man accompanying her was seriously injured. Meanwhile, the driver of the car, a 17-year-old girl, escaped the incident without injury.
