The 4th Annual Back to School Bash, presented by Wellpoint Care Network, aims to eliminate the financial burden often associated with the onset of a new school year; no registration is needed, just show up at 8901 W. Capitol Dr. on August 7, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., though do note, if the rain decides to play spoilsport, the event will shift to Friday, August 8. With a first come, first served approach for backpack distribution, families are encouraged to arrive early, children must accompany their guardians to receive a backpack as per the event guidelines on the City of Milwaukee release.
