Millersville was the scene of an attempted robbery at a local Wendy's yesterday. The Anne Arundel County Police Department responded to the 8200 block of Veterans Highway after receiving reports of a strong-armed robbery, WMAR2 News reported. A 54-year-old man, enjoying a meal with his wife, became the victim when three masked teenage males entered the establishment.
As reported by FOX Baltimore, when the man and his wife were preparing to leave, one of the suspects attacked the man in an attempt to steal his wallet, initiating an assault. In the chaos, the suspects managed to escape on foot, leaving authorities to comb the area fruitlessly in search of the assailants.
The search for the suspects continues, with the hope that members of the public will come forward with information.
