Authorities are turning to the public for assistance in identifying a man caught on camera in a theft case. Constable Mark Herman's Office is searching for a suspect linked to a theft at an Ulta Beauty store, as reported by a social media update from Precinct 4 Constable's Office. The incident occurred on August 5, 2024, at the retail location situated in the 6600 block of Spring Stuebner Road, where deputies responded to the call.
The suspect, described as an older Black male donning a blue cap, blue shirt, and dark pants, allegedly entered the store and left with merchandise valued at over $400. He made his escape in a silver 2018 Ford Escape—this, according to the complainant's recount to the officers upon their arrival. The store's surveillance equipment recorded the incident, which now serves as evidence in the ongoing investigation to locate the suspect.
"If you have any information regarding the identity of this suspect, you are urged to contact our dispatch or your local law enforcement agency," Constable Mark Herman implored in the official statement posted on the Precinct 4 Facebook page.
