On Tuesday, deputies from Harris County Constable Precinct 4 stopped Avery Milton in the 7000 block of Atascocita Road. The traffic stop led to his arrest on additional charges, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
While deputies from Harris County Constable Precinct 4 were performing routine procedures, they discovered that Avery Milton had an active Probation Violation Warrant related to previous charges of Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Found driving with the open warrant, Milton’s bond was set at $50,000.00. The office of Constable Mark Herman stated, "Avery Milton was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrant." His case is scheduled for the 209th District Court.
