Burlington is set to open its third North Las Vegas location this fall at 2201 Civic Center Drive, marking the discount retailer's 12th store in the Las Vegas area. The new location will occupy the space previously held by furniture retailer Conn's HomePlus, which vacated the property last October.

The expansion represents Burlington's continued confidence in the North Las Vegas market, where the retailer already operates locations at 2189 W Craig Road and 7020 N 5th Street. According to Burlington's store locator, the new location will showcase the company's updated store layout featuring improved organization and navigation.

This opening comes amid a broader wave of discount retailers establishing footholds in the Las Vegas Valley. As reported by Las Vegas Weekly, multinational discount supermarket chain Aldi recently opened stores in Henderson and North Las Vegas, while H Mart made its Las Vegas debut in April on Decatur Boulevard.

Filling Retail Gaps in Growing Market

The North Las Vegas location addresses retail accessibility in an area that has seen significant population growth. Las Vegas Weekly notes that the Las Vegas Valley has been "one of the country's fastest growing metros for the better part of the last 40 years," consistently attracting regional and national retail chains.

The new Burlington will offer discounts on brand-name clothing and household items at up to 60% off regular retail prices. According to Burlington's website, the store will include "clothing for ladies, men, kids and baby along with beauty, shoes, accessories, and home décor."

Burlington currently operates more than 1,100 stores nationwide and has announced long-term plans to expand to 2,000 locations. The company is already recruiting for management positions at the North Las Vegas location, suggesting an opening timeline within the next few months. When it opens, the store will increase Nevada's total Burlington count to 14 locations.
