The work is scheduled for tomorrow until Friday and Aug. 11-15, between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. each day. Charlotte County officials say the closures will allow crews to clear overgrowth and power wash basin inlets, according to the county's announcement.
Drivers should be aware of construction in the area. Signage will direct traffic around the work zones, and motorists are advised to allow extra travel time. The Public Works Department emphasizes that drivers should remain alert and reduce speed when passing through construction zones.
