DeKalb County authorities are doubling down on their efforts to solve a triple homicide from 2017, and they're throwing in a sizeable financial incentive to the public for information leading to closure. According to a press release from the DeKalb County District Attorney's Office, Crime Stoppers of Greater Atlanta has increased the reward to $15,000 – a substantial $10,000 bump from the original offer – for tips that could help to finally bring the perpetrator to justice.

On a fateful night nearly eight years ago, officers were called to an apartment complex on the 5800 block of Par Four Court in Stonecrest after reports of a shooting came in. Upon their arrival, they found three victims with multiple gunshot wounds. Eric Robinson, 27, Stanford Henderson, 28, and Starlynne Henderson, 28, were all pronounced dead at the scene. Atlanta News First reports that the male victims lived at the apartment, and Starlynne Henderson was visiting to celebrate her brother Stanford's birthday.

Distraught family members have waited years for answers that never came. According to FOX 5 Atlanta, Alia Matthews, a family member of the victims, expressed a sentiment of mounting frustration, stating, "These people are walking around all this time.  If they were going to come forward they would've come forward, the people that did this," Robinson's sister T.K. Williams added, "It's just very unsettling to see they have no justice nobody has been caught nobody has been giving us information that we could use to get to the conclusion of this."

"I just pray that they find it in their heart to just say I'm going to do what I have to do and make that call," Matthews told Atlanta News First, embodying a mix of hope and desperation. Information, no matter how small or seemingly insignificant, might be the key to unlocking this years-long mystery, and with the new reward, Crime Stoppers is evidently hoping to effectively incentivize any potential informants. The DeKalb County Police Department and Crime Stoppers urge anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers at (404) 577-8477 or text "CSGA" to 738477.
