Doris Hancock Elementary School, following a year-long closure for demolition and major renovation, has swung open its doors to welcome students back. Today, Clark County officials celebrated the school's rejuvenation with a proclamation, as shared on the county's social media.
Not only has the school been physically transformed thanks to the Clark County School District (CCSD) Capital Improvement Program’s Replacement Schools initiative, but it has also been equipped to fully embrace current educational technologies. Their upgraded facilities now include "flexible classrooms, enhanced safety measures, and state-of-the-art educational resources," revealed the Clark County, Nevada, post.
