
The El Paso County Sheriff's Officers Association (EPCSOA) recently took a significant step in its ongoing contract negotiations. The association held a membership meeting, which saw a strong turnout, as detailed in a social media post by EPCSOA. The meeting was marked by collaborative discussions and detailed updates on the progress of their collective bargaining agreement with El Paso County officials.
Notable among the attendees was Todd Harrison from CLEAT, a guest speaker who flew in to lend his expertise to the discussion. "His expertise continues to strengthen our direction as we prepare for the next negotiation phase with the County Team," the EPCSOA-President, Omar “OG” Gonzalez, as obtained by EPCSOA. Highlighting the significance of Harrison's contribution, the association praised his insights, which they expect to play a pivotal role in the forthcoming phases of negotiation.
Betsy Keller and her staff were also credited for their support during the meeting. The association's command staff was acknowledged for their staunch backing throughout the process.
