In the pre-dawn hours last Friday, a window smash at a local Fairfield eatery brought police officers to the 1300 block of Oliver Road. Based on a suspect description provided by the business owner, the Fairfield Police Department reported that they detained 28-year-old Sean Toms at a nearby Denny's restaurant.
According to the social media post from the police department, the arrest occurred without incident following positive identification of Toms.
Toms, who was suspected of breaking the window, was apprehended and booked into Solano County Jail. The Fairfield, CA Police Department, which disseminated details of the arrest through their social media channels yesterday, noted that the suspect was located inside a Denny's restaurant. It is not immediately clear whether Toms has retained representation or when he is expected to appear in court.
