The screams are officially coming back to the Las Vegas Strip this fall. News3LV reports that Circus Circus, in collaboration with South of Heaven Productions, announced Friday that tickets are now available for Fear Zone, a new haunted attraction at the Adventuredome.

The immersive experience will debut Friday, September 26, featuring a combination of haunted houses, scare zones, live actors, and a unique coaster ride in the dark. The attraction will operate throughout October from 7 p.m. to midnight, according to News3LV.

A Frightening Return After Eight Years

The new attraction marks a significant moment for Las Vegas Halloween enthusiasts who have been without a Strip-based haunted experience since the beloved Fright Dome ended its legendary 15-year run in 2018. KTNV notes that locals will once again be able to experience terrifying Halloween haunts on the Las Vegas Strip this year.

Fear Zone's website reveals the attraction will feature four brutal haunted houses and six relentless scare zones from September through October. The four haunted houses are Deep Containment, Hillbilly Hollow - No Way Out, The Birth of Glass Eyes, and Cotton Candy Carnage.

Premium Terror at Premium Prices

The most talked-about aspect of Fear Zone's announcement has been its high-end VIP offering. News3LV details that the Private VIP Tour offers an exclusive experience led by Fearsome Guides for groups of 4-8 people. Guests receive front-of-the-line access to haunted houses and roller coasters, admission to the exclusive Skybox VIP Suite, Fear Zone merchandise, one ride photo, and one free drink.

The VIP experience starts at $299 per person and includes fast pass access, according to the ticketing website. The pricing structure includes multiple tiers for different experiences, with general admission options also available alongside the premium packages.

A Full-Scale Reinvention

South of Heaven Productions has been emphatic about distinguishing Fear Zone from its predecessor. Coyote Country reports the team stated, "This isn't a revival, it's a full-scale reinvention. We grew up in Las Vegas. It was important for us to bring back an iconic attraction at the iconic property, Circus Circus."

"From the immersive haunted environments and cinematic storylines, to high quality effects and spine-chilling thrills, Las Vegas locals and tourists alike won't want to miss this memorable experience," South of Heaven Productions continued.

Opening Night and Operations

The experience kicks off with a "blood-red carpet" event September 26-27. Coyote Country notes Fear Zone is billed as an immersive horror experience featuring haunted houses, scare zones, live actors, and a dark coaster ride designed exclusively for the event.

The attraction will occupy the same iconic location within the five-acre enclosed Adventuredome theme park that has been a Strip fixture since 1993. Circus Circus describes it as "a brand-new haunted experience at the iconic Adventuredome."

For visitors planning to attend, Fear Zone's website lists prohibited items including bags larger than 14" x 14", weapons, chains or studded bracelets, bandanas, lighters, and costumes or face paint. The attraction will also include themed food, beverages, and merchandise to create a fully immersive seasonal entertainment destination.
