Early Saturday morning, a fight at the Tipsy Tiger bar in East El Paso escalated to gunfire, landing two people in the hospital. According to KFOX-TV, Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) agents were on the scene when the violence erupted. Agents quickly intervened and were able to apprehend the suspect after a short pursuit.

Located in the 11300 block of Montwood Drive, the Tipsy Tiger became the scene of sudden violence as one individual chose to quickly escalate an argument beyond fists. "During the fight, one person drew and fired a firearm," as reported by KVIA. TABC agents, who were already present outside the establishment, witnessed the altercation and responded immediately.

The alleged shooter, identified as 26-year-old Trevion Kimbrough, didn't manage to get far. TABC agents pursued and took him into custody approximately half a block away from the venue. KTSM reports that the El Paso Police Department has since charged Kimbrough with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and he is currently being held at the El Paso County Jail.
