Deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office are on the hunt for a brisket thief after a theft occurred at an H-E-B grocery store last month. The incident, which involved the theft of two briskets valued at $149.82, took place on July 23, 2025, at the retailer's Northwest Freeway location. Law enforcement responded to a call from the store's management and immediately launched an investigation.
The suspect, identified as Sandi Ramirez, seems to have been on the run with an existing open warrant for Theft from the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office. According to a Facebook post by Precinct 4, Constable Mark Herman stated, "Sandi Ramirez is currently wanted in both Harris County and Fort Bend County for Theft."
The constable's office has called on the community for assistance. They encourage anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Ramirez to reach out via their dispatch or contact local law enforcement. They've also highlighted resources such as their mobile app, “C4 NOW,” which provides live feeds on crime, arrests, safety tips, traffic accidents, and road conditions in the area.
