Last night, a vehicle chase near Spring Cypress Road and Telge Road ended when deputies from the Harris County Constable's Office deployed Stop Sticks to stop a fleeing driver. After the tires were deflated, the driver attempted to run but was stopped by Sergeant Baskins' K9, Mitch, who apprehended him. The passenger was also detained without further incident.
