On Friday, deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office were dispatched to Cypresswood Drive for a disturbance call. During the response, deputies arrested a man who was found to have outstanding warrants, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Andrew Cummings, the man involved in a neighborhood disturbance, was found to have two open warrants for Criminal Trespass. The Harris County Constable Precinct 4 stated on their official Facebook page that "Andrew Cummings was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrants. His bond was set at $2,010.00 out of County Court 16."
According to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 on their Facebook page, Cummings was involved in a disturbance and also had unresolved infractions in Harris County. The constable’s office said the incident was resolved and noted that pursuing open warrants is part of their work.
