Last month, an incident was reported at the Target store on North Freeway in Harris County following a theft complaint. Constable deputies responded and identified a suspect at the scene. Shawanda Williams was accused of taking merchandise valued at $236.95 without paying, passing the registers without completing a transaction.
A social media post from the Constable's office noted, "Shawanda Williams was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for Misdemeanor Theft." Her bond was set at $100.00 by County Court 4.
