A suspect was arrested after a hit-and-run in Harris County, the Constable's Office said. Deputies responded to a vehicle collision on Wednesday, at the 21200 block of Emerald Mist Parkway. They found damaged bushes and an iron gate, with the driver having left the scene, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
The Harris County Constable's Office quickly located the suspect's vehicle near the scene. Deputies identified the driver as Francis Parras-Cook, who was arrested and charged, as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
"Frances Parras-Cook was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Failure to Stop and Give Information." According to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 on their Facebook page, bond was set at $100 out of County Court 1, and the public can get updates on crime, arrests, and traffic accidents through their social media and the mobile app “C4 NOW.”
