On Wednesday, deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to an aggravated assault call in Harris County. A woman, identified as Maleah Boddie, was reported to have repeatedly struck another occupied vehicle with her car, as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Deputies quickly arrived at the scene and began investigating the incident. The Harris County Constable Precinct 4 reported that Maleah Boddie returned to the scene a short time after the event, which led to her arrest. In a statement, Constable Mark Herman said, "Maleah Boddie was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon."
Boddie was charged with a serious offense, and her bond was set at $20,000.00 by the 337th District Court.
