The alert, shared via Nixle, last reported their location at approximately 3:00 a.m. last Saturday on Opae Street in Hawaiian Beaches, Pahoa.
Emerald is described as having a medium complexion, straight black hair, brown eyes, standing 5'6" tall, and weighing around 120 pounds. Her daughter Nuvia has brown hair and brown eyes.
The department requests that anyone with information call 911 or the police non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311 to provide details relevant to locating Emerald and her daughter Nuvia.
