On February 24, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a credit card fraud report on Hedgewick Court. The investigation showed the incident happened on November 13, 2024, at a Home Depot on North Freeway, where a woman made an unauthorized purchase, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Surveillance footage shows a woman wearing pink scrubs taking a Dewalt Generator valued at $1,199 and a Pressure Washer valued at $699. She was seen loading the items into what witnesses described as a brown or black Ram 1500. Authorities are asking for the public’s help in identifying her, as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
The suspect is described as "a black female wearing pink scrubs." According to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 on their Facebook page, Constable Mark Herman said, "If you have any information regarding this case, you are urged to contact our dispatch or your local law enforcement."
