Hillsborough County Public Library Cooperative provides online resources including Brainfuse HelpNow for tutoring, the World Book Encyclopedia for research, Libby for e-books, audiobooks, and magazines, Mango Languages for learning over 70 languages including 20 ESL courses, and Hoopla for movies, TV shows, music, eBooks, audiobooks, and comics, as reported by the Hillsborough County.
Hillsborough County libraries provide access to digital newspapers and magazines, including The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and National Geographic. Laptops are available for in-library use on a first-come, first-served basis, and librarians at 29 branches offer assistance in locating and using resources.
