During the time of the crime, it has been reported that there was an additional man, a woman, and two young children, ages 10 and 2, present inside the apartment. "They are all ok and gave statements to the police about what they saw," Lt. Crowson told Click2Houston.

The search is ongoing for the suspects, who were last seen driving away in a silver sedan.
