Last Saturday, officials from Constable Mark Herman's Office in Harris County pulled over a motorist on the 7700 block of Fairbanks N. Houston Road. Identified as Jacob Granados, he was subjected to a routine traffic stop that swiftly deviated from the ordinary. During the interaction, officers discovered Oxycodone pills, liquid THC, and marijuana in Granados' possession.
Authorities found that Granados was already out on bond for a previous charge of unlawfully carrying a weapon. That prior case now adds to his current trouble. According to a Facebook post by the Constable’s Office, "Jacob Granados was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance." His bond was set at $2,000 by the 176th District Court.
The constable’s office uses social media actively to keep the community informed, urging followers to stay connected for updates on local crime, arrests, safety tips, and traffic incidents. They even promoted their mobile app “C4 NOW,” which they claim provides live feeds to ensure that the community remains in sync with the pulse of the neighborhood's safety landscape.
