Authorities are on the lookout for a suspect involved in a brazen daylight armed robbery at a Houston convenience store, reaching out to the community for assistance. The Houston Police Department's Robbery Division has released details of the incident which occurred in the early afternoon of Sunday, July 13, 2025, at a gas station located on Bob White Drive.
According to the Houston Police Department’s statement, at approximately 2:50 pm, the victim was in her vehicle at the gas pumps when she found herself suddenly confronted by an armed male who demanded her possessions, while the city continued to bustle around her, oblivious to the unfolding drama; the situation was disrupted when a witness intervened, causing the would-be robber to flee empty-handed.
The suspect has been described as a Black male, standing between 5’8" and 5’11" and weighing around 120 to 130 pounds, and he was last seen wearing a black long-sleeve shirt paired with brown pants. The Houston Police Department is looking for the person who put public safety at risk and is asking for any information that could help find him.
