In a disquieting report from Osceola County, authorities have detained a man linked to an incident involving indecent exposure to a teenager. According to ClickOrlando, Jose David Gonzalez-Rivera was arrested on Tuesday following an allegation that he exposed himself to a 16-year-old girl shortly after she got off her school bus near 5725 W. 192 in Kissimmee.
As reported by ClickOrlando, the suspect allegedly attempted to coax the minor into his vehicle, offering her money in a clear exploit to possibly further his unlawful agenda. "I’ll give you $100 right now if you get in the car," Gonzalez-Rivera purportedly stated, as he exposed himself. He unabashedly revealed his intentions without restriction, with a second teenager outlining a similar unnerving encounter, where she was asked if she wanted to make "quick money" despite her minor status.
Further information from WFTV sheds light on the swift response from the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office. The office’s Special Victims Unit immediately began to investigate and managed to identify Gonzalez-Rivera as the suspect, securing an arrest warrant that charged him with one count of exposure of sexual organs. He was subsequently taken into custody yesterday.
