
A two-vehicle crash occurred in Morrison County, near Little Falls, MN, resulting in injuries to a local resident. The collision took place on the afternoon of August 6, according to a report from the Morrison County Sheriff's Office.
Donald Biskey, 96, of Little Falls, was traveling southbound on 160th Avenue when his vehicle collided with the rear of a stationary flatbed truck. Following the initial impact, Biskey's vehicle was thrown into the opposing lane, where it side-swiped a car driven by 63-year-old Patricia Zumberge. Despite the presence of operational amber lights, traffic cones, and signage placed by the MC Fiber (CTC) crew, which was performing fiber-optic work in the area, the accident still occurred. Biskey was transported to St. Gabriel’s Hospital with injuries of undisclosed severity, while Zumberge escaped harm.
The scene was attended by multiple agencies, as stated by the local authorities. "The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by the Little Falls Fire Department, MN State Patrol and Mayo Clinic Ambulance," the Sheriff's Office disclosed in their official announcement of the incident. As for the condition of the involved parties, updates are yet to be provided by the authorities.
