Even as the hotline remains inactive, county officials have not been idle. They ask the public to reach out through alternative means, specifically an email address, a temporary phone number, and a digital referral form.
For those needing to contact Adult Protective Services, the county advises sending emails to [email protected] with the subject line 'Attn APS' and including the sender's name and phone number. Alternatively, individuals can call 440-406-5106 to speak with a representative. Further, the county has made available an APS referral form that can be accessed by clicking a link on their website. It has provided a fax number (440-323-3422) for additional submission options.
