The store on Frankstown Road, now better known for selling the winning ticket, is set to receive a $5,000 bonus, inadvertently making it a lucky spot not only for the winner but also for its revenues. In discussions concerning the distribution of tickets, the Pennsylvania Lottery emphasized, "Scratch-offs are distributed at random, meaning the Pennsylvania Lottery and its retailers do not know where winning tickets will be sold," as WTAE detailed.
