The project is slated to run from Sept. 3-19, impacting the stretch between Baldwin Avenue and Hanamu Road, according to the county's announcement. Motorists can expect one lane to remain open for alternating traffic during work hours from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on weekdays.
