A violent encounter in a Riverview parking lot has ended with an arrest. The incident, which occurred on Friday, involved a man whose car was shot nine times while he sat in the vehicle. They soon discovered that the suspect, identified as 37-year-old Jasheed Scatliffe-Kalunda, had approached the silver Camry and opened fire. The driver, who has not been named, narrowly escaped with his life.
