GT Bray Aquatics Center is offering AquaFit classes for Manatee County residents as a form of low-impact exercise. A recent social media post from Manatee County Government states that the sessions are designed to combine elements of water aerobics with physical conditioning, aiming to support flexibility, strength, and endurance.

The sessions aim to encourage a healthier lifestyle and are held at the GT Bray Aquatics Center, located at 5502 33rd Ave Dr W. AquaFit classes are scheduled for Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 10 a.m., with an additional session on Tuesdays at 5 p.m.
According to the Manatee County Government announcement, participants can expect to exercise to "lively, motivating music" while benefiting from the water’s support, which helps reduce joint impact.
