The Hawaii Department of Transportation announced that one lane will be closed from 9 p.m. on Thursday to 5 a.m. the next morning. Speeding has been reported in the area, with vehicles reaching 54 mph in a 35 mph zone. Workers will install rumble strips and tuff curbs to help keep drivers in their lanes.
