
A violent confrontation erupted late Sunday night in the 2800 block of Summit Arbors Circle, as reported by Memphis Police. The incident, which took place at around 11:26 p.m., left one person injured in what authorities are classifying as an aggravated assault. The victim was apparently on their way to an Uber with a friend when two unidentified men and the friend, who has been identified only as "Shun," ambushed and one shot the victim before fleeing the scene.
Memphis Police have provided descriptions of the assailants involved in the attack. According to the Memphis Police Department, the first suspect is described as a slender individual donning a camouflage hoodie, white pants, and black tennis shoes. The second suspect is also described as having a thin build and was last seen wearing a light-colored t-shirt with white lettering, black pants, and white tennis shoes. The third suspect, known as "Shun," is said to be a Black male with a thin build, brown complexion, and an afro. He was wearing a blue hoodie adorned with a white symbol and writing, black jeans featuring a white patch with the number 6 on the right back pocket, and white tennis shoes.
Authorities are calling for the public's assistance in this case, urging anyone with information to step forward.
