Surveillance footage before the carjacking shows both suspects in the vicinity of the 500 block of East Olive. The authorities have provided descriptions of the suspects: one is a light-complexioned Black male, of a slim build, approximately 5'5" to 5'7" in height, and between 18 to 25 years old, wearing a purple hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and white shoes. The other suspect, also a Black male, has a thin build, a dark complexion, and was similarly aged and height. He was dressed in a cream-colored sweater with a white and black baseball cap, black jeans, black shoes, and had a black bike with him.

The Memphis Police Department is actively seeking information from the public to aid in their investigation of the carjacking.
