While the dog is described as "a very sweet, older gentleman," efforts to identify him through microchip technology proved futile as he was found to be lacking a chip. The furry wanderer has since been turned over to the Humane Animal Welfare Society (HAWS), where his care will continue until he is hopefully reunited with his family.
